No 47 of 18th April 1885, and in Mine, N: 3 of 8th February 1856.
The Enclosures in Captain Wathington's letter, marked A, B, C, and D, have all been brought to the notice of the Secretary of State Colonel ... Despart just referred to, but to prevent mis-investing in reference to that Despatch, I must point out that Captain Wathington has made a mistake in his description of Enclosure A, which should be N. 39, not N:23, of 25th February 1845, also of Enclosure B, which should be No 149, not No 157, of 25 March 1846, and further, of Enclosure C, which should be No. 151, not 161, of 26 March 1846.
Enclosure D is correctly given. I have not thought myself at liberty to decline the transmission of Captain Worthington's communication.
